Borneo Tropical Rainforest Resort is the only agro-nature resort which is nestled in the midst of the tropical rainforest offering you a wonderful escape from the busy city life. The natural setting of the environment provides a good blend of nature trekking activities as well as recreational sports activities.
There is a choice of 38 standard rooms in the main building, 18 uniquely designed wooden chalets and hostels dormitory rooms and also camping grounds, ensuring all budgets are catered to.

For bookings made outside 30 days prior to check-in date :
- Full payment must be received and cleared within 48 hours from the issuance date of our official confirmation.

- Full payment must be received and cleared immediately upon placement of booking.

- Any cancellations made 30 days or more - 10% cancellation fee will be applicable.
- Any cancellations made less than 30 days and more than 14 days - 50% cancellation fee will be applicable.
- Any cancellations made 14 days and below - 100% cancellation fee will be applicable.
- Any No-show cases - 100% cancellation fee will be applicable.
